How Can I Forward PO Box Mail?

by Emmanuelle Douglas; Updated September 26, 2017

Forwarding PO Box mail can be expedited by using the tools available by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Forwarding can be done manually or using the tools on the USPS website. Once the proper address form is completed, it should be returned to the post office for processing. The customer has the option of doing a temporary or permanent forward of the PO Box mail. Once the forward is processed, the mail will be forwarded to the address specified on the form.
