How to Sell BeautiControl

by Lee Tea; Updated September 26, 2017

BeautiControl is a company that offers cosmetics, skin care items and spa-style accessories to women online and at home-based "spa parties." Their motto is "Escape to the good life." At spa parties, a hostess invites friends or family members to sample BeautiControl products; attendees may purchase products at the end of the party. A BeautiControl consultant demonstrates the top-selling items and allows attendees to try the products before purchasing.

Step 1

Visit the BeautiControl website (beauticontrol.com). Click on the "opportunity" tab, located at the upper right of the screen, between "find a consultant" and "host a spa."

Step 2

Read the information, then click the orange "Let's Go!" link. Look over the available package options. Choose which package you would like to purchase to begin selling BeautiControl products. The BC Spa BeautiCase, which sells for $125, comes with several top-selling items to demonstrate at spa parties. The BC Spa Business Case costs $385 and includes all of the items in the BeautiCase plus samples, full size products to sell, pamphlets and informational brochures.

If you prefer, click the orange link on the bottom of the page to "see how to easily customize your BC Spa Business Case just for you".

Step 3

Click on the brown "click here to find a consulant nearest you and join now" link to continue. Find a local consultant by entering your contact information into the "find a consultant" field on the right side of the screen. Indicate that you'd like to learn more about becoming an independent BeautiControl consultant.

Step 4

Wait for your phone to ring, or watch your e-mail inbox. A consultant will call or contact you via e-mail to give you more information about getting started. If you're still interested, the consultant will arrange a meeting with you so you can enroll with the BeautiControl program and order your starter kit.

Warnings

  • BeautiControl's compensation plan is not revealed on the website. You have to meet with a consultant to find out.
