To use online banking products successfully, your contact information must be up to date. Like all online banking user interfaces, Bank of America's system provides you with the ability to update your address online. The system automatically confirms that your address is an actual U.S. Postal Service address before allowing you to save it.
Updating Your Address
Log into your Bank of America online account. Go to the "Help & Support" menu -- in the upper right-and corner of your screen as of publication -- to see the options, and click "Update My Contact Information." On the contact information page, click the blue "Update Contact Information" button. The page shows your mailing address and provides "Edit" fields for you to click, enter and save your new mailing address. Bank of America suggests calling its customer service center if you need further assistance updating your mailing address.
