Step 1.

Visit the USPS website, and click “Locate a Post Office” in the top menu.

Step 2.

Select “Post Office Locations” from the drop-down menu, and enter the city and state in the appropriate fields. You can also search using only the zip code. Click “Search.”

Step 3.

Scroll down, and locate the post office for which you need the phone number. Click on the name of the post office.

Step 4.

Review the post office's information. The phone number is listed below the post office's address.
