From time to time, you will need to print out an email, such as a travel itinerary or an important correspondence that you wish to store in your files. Regardless of which email provider you might use, you have the ability to print your emails. Although printing an email is a simple task, it may be confusing at first if you have never done it before. However, with a little practice, you will soon easily understand how to print any of your emails.
Sign into your email account by providing your username and password, and click on the email you wish to print out.
Find the "print" icon on the email that you have just opened. Some email providers place an icon that resembles a printer near the top of the screen. Other email providers have a "print" link in text on the top right corner of the screen.
Click on the printer icon or link. A dialog box will appear on your screen, allowing you to choose how many copies you would like to print. Once you have selected your number of copies, click on the "print" button in the bottom right corner of the dialog box.
Collect the printed email from your printer. You may want to review your printed email to confirm that everything printed out properly.
If you cannot locate the printer icon on your email, you can always select the "file" menu at the top of your browser and click on the "print" option. However, using this method will result in a printout of your entire browser screen rather than just the email itself.
