iStock Photo is an online stock photography provider. iStock licenses its photographs through either a pay-as-you-go plan or through subscriptions. Once you sign up for a plan or a subscription, you can search for and download thousands of images of stock photography, vector illustrations, video footage and flash media. iStock does not offer an online method of closing a subscription account. However, you can easily close your subscription account by calling iStock customer service.
Call iStock customer service at 866-478-6251. Customer support is available Monday to Friday from 7 A.M. to 6 P.M. Mountain Standard Time.
Give the customer service representative your account number.
Request the closure of your iStock account.
Check your credit card or bank statement approximately 30 days after closing your account to make sure iStock is no longer charging you for your closed account.
