There are any number of reasons that an individual may want to complain about a company and their performance. In these situations Verizon offers several avenues to let the company know of problems or complaints with the organization or their service. Complaints can be mailed, called in to Verizon Customer Service or made through online chat depending on the complainant's desire.

Step 1.

Click "Contact Us" at the bottom of the screen on the Verizon Wireless homepage.

Step 2.

Select the method by which you would like to file your complaint. These options include email, call or postal mail.

Step 3.

Enter the zip code for your address to find your mailing location if filing your complaint by mail. If complaining by email, use the drop-down menu to select the type of service, inquiry category and inquiry sub-category. Enter the account number and contact information and enter the complaint in the "Message" section.
