Williams-Sonoma Posts A 90 Percent Decline In Quarterly Profits

Several popular home décor retailers are part of the the Williams-Sonoma Inc. family, including Williams-Sonoma Home, Pottery Barn, West Elm and Rejuvenation. Williams-Sonoma stores sell products for every room in the home and appeal to traditional, modern and contemporary tastes. The company is always on the lookout for new products to carry in its stores and allows people to submit ideas and suggestions for products.

Put Together Product Submission

Williams-Sonoma does not accept actual products or product prototypes. Instead, an entrepreneur wanting to get a product in a Williams-Sonoma store should send a cover letter describing the product’s features and why it would be a good fit for Williams-Sonoma stores. Along with the cover letter, you should include a high-quality photo of the product. If the product has several parts, include a photo of each. Additionally, Williams-Sonoma asks for a pricing sheet with the price per unit as well as any discounts for larger quantities.

Follow-Up With Buyers

Product submission information is available by dialing 415-616-7900, extension 3333. Williams-Sonoma typically does not respond to product submissions for at least 60 to 90 days. After that time, you may call and speak to a Williams-Sonoma buyer about your submission.
