How to Reset a Verifone 3750

Verifone 3750, otherwise called Verifone Omni or just Omni, is a credit card processing machine used by merchants around the country. When the machine is not working properly, resetting the Verifone 3750 is one of the troubleshooting options that can help fix the problem and allow the machine to work properly again. Resetting takes only a few seconds and can prevent having unnecessary downtime.

Turn off and unplug the Verifone 3750. Wait for five seconds or so and then plug it back in. This automatically resets the Verifone 3750 and it reboots and restarts.

Reset the shift. Resetting the shift is another option. Press “Shift,” then “#,” followed by “1” to reset and change the shift.

Press “Shift,” then “#,” then “2” to stop a change and keep the shift on the current settings.
