How to Access My Wal-Mart Account

Wal-Mart Posts 21 Percent Drop In Q4 Profit

Wal-Mart leads the world's retailers in total sales with more $476 billion in revenue per year, according to the Forbes Global 2000 list. GE Capital Retail Bank issues the Wal-Mart credit card, which can be used at any Wal-Mart or Sam's Club in the U.S. The bank also administers a Wal-Mart Discover Card that is accepted throughout the Discover network. Access both type of credit accounts using the Online Wal-Mart Credit Card system.

Step 1

Go to the Wal-Mart Credit Card login home page and click the "Enroll Now" link at the bottom of the login box.

Step 2

Enter your 16-digit account number and click the "Next" button.

Step 3

Enter your name, address, date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. Click the "Next" button.

Step 4

Enter the username and password you would like to use to access your account and click the "Next" button.

Step 5

Select a security image. When logging onto your account, you will see this small picture. The picture is a security key and allows you to verify your account by entering your password. Click the "Next" button to complete the enrollment process.

Step 6

Return to the Wal-Mart Credit Card login home page.

Step 7

Enter your user ID and click the "Sign in now" button. You will see your security image. Enter your password and click the "Next" button to access your account.
