How to Remove Services From My Charter Account

by Matt McGew; Updated September 26, 2017

Charter Communications is a telecommunications company that offers cable television, high-speed Internet and digital telephone services in selected markets across the United States. If you would like to remove services from your Charter Communications account, you need to call the Charter Communications customer service phone number. Charter Communications sells many of its services in bundles with service contracts. If your service has a service contract, you may have to pay an early termination fee to cancel the service.

Step 1

Call the Charter Communications customer service phone number at 888-438-2427.

Step 2

Tell the customer service representative what services you would like to cancel. Ask the customer service representative if canceling any of these services will subject you to paying an early termination fee. If canceling a service will subject you to paying an early termination fee, decide if you still want to cancel the service.

Step 3

Check your monthly bill approximately 30 days after calling the Charter Communications customer service number. Make sure Charter Communications is no longer billing you for the canceled services.
