Chair Rental Agreement

by Candice Irene; Updated September 26, 2017
A chair rental agreement will list the quantity and description of chairs and chair covers the customer is renting.

Banquet facilities and party rental stores will find a chair rental agreement to be a necessary document for conducting business. The agreement is a legally binding contract between the customer and the business.

Customer

A customer's name, address and telephone number, as well as the dates of the requested rental period, are typically listed on a chair rental agreement. The customer then signs and dates the agreement to accept it.

Rental Items

A chair rental agreement also lists the quantity and description of chairs and chair covers the customer is renting. The description includes the style of chair as well as the color of the chairs and chair covers.

Fees

A per-day rental fee for each chair and chair cover will be listed on the agreement along with the total cost for the items based on the rental period. Any replacement fees for lost, damage or stolen chairs and chair covers may also be listed on the agreement.
