The Department of Health and Human Services offers the "Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant to the States", to provide better health care options to pregnant women, mothers and children, who do not have satisfactory health care.

WIC Grant

The "Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children" (WIC), through the Department of Agriculture, provides supplemental foods and nutrition education, to pregnant women with financial challenges and their children.

Federal Student Aid

Pregnant women are eligible to apply for federal student aid through the "Free Application for Federal Student Aid" (FAFSA), which is affiliated with the U.S. Department of Education.
